You can directly call a number using icon from the top right corner of the application. Once you click on the icon, a pop-up window appears. 
Enter the customer number. Tick on “Call me first?’ if you wish the click to call feature, dial you first.
Choose a Caller ID and click on “Call”. Your call will be initiated.
