To create a sticky agent, follow the steps below:
From the main menu, click on the ‘Sticky Agents’ option. Click on icon. A pop up window appears.
Choose the phone number associated with the account.
Enter the customer phone number in the second column.
Enter the extension number of the agent. The status ‘active’ indicates that the agent is available to take calls and not away from the system.
Click ‘Save’ to get going.
Once you create the “Sticky Agent”, the same reflects in the page. You can view the agent number, customer number and other details associated with it, as shown in the image below:
You can edit the details by clicking on the icon
You can delete an agent by clicking on the icon
