We have a dedicated page where you can exclusively add and use your Music on Hold. This music can be played when a caller/callee is put on hold and he can be engaged with music while he holds on to the call.
To add Music on Hold, follow the steps below:
From the main menu choose ‘Manage’ > ‘MOH’.
Click on ‘+New’
Enter the title for the MOH file and upload the file. Only .wav and .mp3 formats are supported.
Once added, you can find the files in MOH page. You can add them to IVR with the name.
You can delete, play and download the file as shown in the sounds section.
