Often Businesses need to manage multiple extensions to have precise conversations with the right resource. You can now add and manage extension numbers in our Voice Application.
To manage extensions, follow the steps below:
To create an extension, click on icon. A pop up window appears.
Enter the extension number and the phone number.
Tick on the status “Active” to assign an active number. In case of changes in the extension number, you can untick the ‘Active’ status, once you get a new extension number, you can assign the same in the edit option.
To edit the number, click on icon.
You can also import the details of extensions by clicking on
icon.
