You can add sounds and save them in a page. You can view all saved sounds stored at a single place, so that you can simply add them in your IVR flow. How convenient is that?

To add sounds, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Main Menu, click on ‘Manage’ > ‘Sounds’

  2. Click on ‘+New’ button. A pop up appears. 

  3. Enter the title for the sound and upload the sound file. Only .mp3 and .wav formats are supported.

  1. Once added, you can view the sound file in the same page. 

  2. To download the file, click on icon

  3. To run the API code for the sound file, click on  icon

  4. To delete the sound file, click on   icon.
