If you want to apply for a conditional clause to the call, you can do that through the Choice widget. There are three options in Choice widget

  1. Variable: These can be the replaceable parameters or a set of conditions that define the ‘if else’ case. 

  2. Condition: Defines the relation of the Variable and the value. We have a set of predefined conditions listed below:

  1. Value: The conditional output derived to the variable is “Value”.

For example:

The variable is {receiver}, the condition is “equal” and Value is 9876543210, then the call gets connected only to that mobile receiver number.
