Transfer widget allows you to seamlessly transfer your existing IVR flow to a new IVR. This avoids the need to recreate the flow all over again. |
To transfer the IVR flow, follow the steps below:
Drag the ‘Transfer’ icon to the IVR flow.
From the ‘Transfer Flow’ zone, click on the dropdown and choose the IVR you want to transfer the flow to.
Click ‘Save’ to save your preference.
