To conduct the conference call, follow the steps below:
Drag the ‘Conference’ Widget to your IVR flow
Set a conference PIN to secure unwanted callers from joining in. If the PIN is enabled, only users with the correct PIN will be able to join the call. However, this feature is optional.
If you strictly want only anticipated users to join in, you can add the list of user’s phone numbers who are allowed to join the call. Unchecking this box will let anyone to join the call.
You can choose both or either of the options explained above, depending on the nature of your conference call.
