Mail Widget

Mail Widget is used to send an email to the customer, as a call follow up or for feedback. Emails can be used as a general reminder for the product or service offered. 


To send a mail, follow the steps below:

  1. Drag the mail widget to your IVR flow.

  2. Enter the mail recipients in the first column (as shown in the image below). You can add multiple recipients separated by a comma.

  3. Insert the mail subject and compose the mail content and you’re done.Call information can also be sent over the Email. Ex: You have received a call from {caller} at {calltime}. For more details, refer replaceable parameters
