Through SMS widget, you can send an SMS to the caller post the call. Businesses use this feature to follow up on the call, get feedback, conduct surveys etc.,

  1. To send SMS, type the text to be sent in the column shown in the image below.

  2. Enter the Sender ID, which is a 6-character length code through which the SMS is sent. This is a mandatory field to send an SMS.

  3. You can choose the caller automatically or send to a specific number, as shown in the image below. Call information can also be sent over the SMS. Ex: You have received a call from {caller} at {calltime}. For more details, refer replaceable parameters.
