IVR (Interactive Voice Responses) is a self-navigation system that automates the user to press keys corresponding to connect to the right resource in the organization. This ensures that the pressure of maintaining a physical call centre to address customer queries is mitigated. Our IVR Studio is intelligently built on the concept of self-service model with easy to use ‘drag & drop’ features.
To create your IVR flow for a call, follow the steps below:
From the main menu click on “IVR Studio” under Voice.
Click on ‘+New’ button from the top right corner of the page. A pop up window appears, enter the name of the IVR and click on ‘Save’.
The name of the IVR saved now appears in the IVR Studio page. Click on the icon to create and edit your IVR flow. A fresh page opens with our functional IVR widgets that can be dragged and dropped at any point in time.
