To trigger an OBD call from Voice account, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on ‘Outbound Calls’ from the sidebar of the Voice account.


  1. Enter the mobile numbers to trigger the outbound call. 

  2. Enter the campaign name

  3. Enter the message. You can choose a sound file

  4. If you have created a group, you can choose the group name too.

  5. You can check if you are triggering the call to DND No. from the field ‘Check DND No’ (shown in the image below)
