To access Reports, click on “Reports” from the left menu, a pop up window appears.
Click on “+New” button from the top right corner to request for a new report.
Enter the date range for which the report is required for.
Select the Call Types the report is required for.
If you need reports for Push SMS and Email, select the same
Select the status of OBD, in case applicable
Enter the Mobile number and Email to which the report needs to be sent to.
If you want a short summary of the report, tick mark on the same.
Note: This Call reports will include Incoming Calls data, Click-to-Calls data and Forwarding calls data only.
