Sender ID enables you to establish your brand image by sending SMS from a particular name. Let’s say Kaleyra is the brand then the sender ID could be AM-KALERA
Sender ID is alphabetic and composed of 6 characters.
To create a sender ID, follow the steps below:
From main menu, click ‘Manage’ > ‘Sender ID’
Click on ‘+New’. A pop up page appears. Enter the Sender ID and the description. System rejects any entered characters above 6 numbers.
Once you create Sender ID, it will be approved by our team in maximum 15 minutes. Once approved, you can send SMS using that sender ID.
