Conference Monitoring allows you to monitor the active conference calls. When a conference call is initiated for a phone number, the active page will look like below:
The participant phone numbers are listed under the ‘Caller’ column.
You can ‘Mute’ a participant by clicking on the ‘Yes’ button under the column ‘Muted?’. You can have multiple conference numbers and you can filter based on the bridge number filter available. This will result in the calls on the selected bridge number.
If unwanted or noisy participants join the call, or a participant’s role in the meeting is fulfilled, you can remove them by clicking on the ‘kick’ icon, as shown in the image below.
