Miss call widget is enabled when your business needs the user to give you a miss call. This could be for call confirmations, identifying user access, validating a query, expressing an interest in your product or service etc.,


To enable miss call feature, drag the miss call widget to the IVR flow and follow the steps below:

  • Set up a Forward Time Limit: This is the limit only after which the next step in the flow shall be executed. Usually used to block duplicate request in a specified time limit from given caller.
